Gold spoon has a picture of a Masonic temple in the bowl. On the front of the handle is "SEATTLE WASH." with a Masonic emblem. On the back of the handle is "GREETINGS FROM HATASU TEMPLE NO. 1 / DAUGHTERS OF THE NILE JULY 27th 1923."
